For Girls 10-13
Sundays 1:00pm-2:30pm
4955 Montee St Hubert, St Hubert
According to the Canadian Association of Women in Sports, the majority of girls quit sports by the age of 14. The reason is because of a feeling of self-consciousness or people have made comments about a girl's body image or playing skills. Through this program, we want to provide a space for girls to be girls, develop personal interests, nurture self-esteem and most of all have fun!
Each week, we will be offering a two-hour program for girls between the ages of 10 and 12. During our time together participants will be involved in workshops that will help build communication skills, teach boundaries, conflict resolution, body image, and much more. Afterward, the group will participate in a sport, game, or activity that helps exemplify the weekly theme. For any additional questions please email us or call us at 438-935-0372
