SENIORS SELF DEFENCE

A four-week program to help seniors strengthen and empower themselves. Participants will learn about:

• Personal and Environmental Awareness.

• Psychology of Violent Encounters

• The Law and Responsibility

•  Basic Self Defence Techniques

Founder of Alpha Contact, Nancy is an expert in the area of human potential optimization including conflict management and personal safety.
